Debris removal
All trash, scrap, packaging, drywall offcuts, framing offcuts, and trade leftover staged for haul-off. We don't haul, but we consolidate it where you want it.
Trades are out, finishes haven't started, and the site looks like a disaster. We pull it back to a clean, inspection-ready baseline so the next phase moves on schedule. Whether you're a GC prepping for inspection, a builder coordinating trades, a developer running multifamily phases, or a homeowner mid-renovation, we hit it the same way: thorough, fast, and out of your way.
When framing, drywall, and rough-in trades are done but paint and finishes haven't started, the site is full of debris, sawdust, drywall mud chunks, packaging, and grit. Walking onto it feels like walking through a half-finished construction zone. Because that's exactly what it is.
A Rough Clean is the cleanup pass that pulls the site from end-of-rough condition back to a clean, workable baseline. We clear the debris, knock down the dust, and prep the space so the next round of trades, or the next inspection, doesn't get bogged down by what the previous phase left behind.
Whether the project is a custom home between phases, a multifamily building between trade rotations, a tenant improvement before finish work, or a homeowner remodel between contractors, the goal is the same: a clean baseline, a fast inspection, and a schedule that doesn't slip because someone has to spend a day cleaning up.
A rough clean isn't just a sweep-and-go. Here's exactly what our crews touch room by room and surface by surface before we walk off the site.
All trash, scrap, packaging, drywall offcuts, framing offcuts, and trade leftover staged for haul-off. We don't haul, but we consolidate it where you want it.
Subfloors, slabs, stairs, and rough-deck surfaces shop-vacuumed. Drywall mud chunks scraped off where they've dried in.
Top of plates, around stacks, joist bays, exposed mechanical, ductwork. The places dust settles that nobody else cleans.
Walls, openings, and rough surfaces wiped so paint and primer go on clean. No grit-under-the-roller surprises.
Tracks, sills, and rough openings cleared. Glass not yet installed gets dust knockdown around the frame.
Treads, risers, and landings cleaned so trades have a safe walking surface and inspectors aren't flagging trip hazards.
If installed early, every cabinet box and vanity gets a dust pass inside, on top, and behind. Before doors and drawers go in.
Cleared of debris and dust before tile, surround, or finish work begins. Protects the install from grit underneath.
We walk the space with your super so what we cleaned and what we left behind is documented. No guessing what got missed.
Before/after photos, scope checklist, and COI same-day with your entity named as additional insured. So when the inspector or the next trade shows up, the site speaks for itself, and your closeout file is one step closer to complete.
A site cleaned right between phases pays back two days of finish-trade efficiency for every one day spent cleaning. Here's what a thorough Rough Clean actually protects.
Drywall scrap, framing offcuts, and dust on rough surfaces are some of the easiest fail items on a mid-build inspection. We pull them out so you don't have to argue with anyone, and so the inspector signs off the first time.
Painters drag dust onto fresh primer. Tile setters track grit into thinset. Cabinet installers find sawdust inside boxes. A real rough clean means your finish trades start on a neutral surface, not yours-against-theirs.
A site that doesn't get cleaned between phases costs a day or two of finish-phase efficiency every single time, plus the risk of a re-clean before final. We're one day in. You get back two.
Whether you're a GC running a phased build, a builder between trade rotations, a developer on a multifamily, or a homeowner mid-renovation, this is exactly how we get the site to a clean baseline.
We visit the site (in person or virtually), assess current condition, and give you a clear flat price with no hidden charges.
Crew comes in and pulls all the rough debris together, staging it for your hauler exactly where you want it.
Dust knockdown across framing, rough-in, and all flat surfaces. Floors swept and shop-vacuumed. Surfaces wiped where it counts.
We walk the site with your super or PM and document the work. Before/after photos and scope sign-off available for closeout files.
Tell us about your project, whether you're a GC, a builder, a developer, or a homeowner running your own remodel, and we'll walk it, quote it, and get it on the schedule. Most projects get a quote back the same day.
A rough clean happens mid-build, after framing and rough-in trades but before paint and finishes. It's about debris removal and prepping for the next trade. A final clean happens at the very end, after all finishes are installed, and it's the move-in-ready, top-to-bottom detail clean. Different scopes, different tools, different timing.
Right after your last rough-in trade wraps and before paint or finish work starts. For most builds that's after framing, drywall, MEP rough-in, and insulation are done. Some projects benefit from two rough cleans on a longer build. We'll tell you what's optimal during the walkthrough.
We consolidate and stage it for your hauler. We're not a hauling service, but we do the heavy lifting that makes hauling fast: large items broken down, debris stacked where the dumpster crew can grab it, smaller waste bagged and tied off. So when your hauler shows up, they're loading, not searching.
Yes. We carry general liability and workers' comp, our team is W-2 employees (not 1099 subs), and we can issue a Certificate of Insurance with your entity named as additional insured the same day you ask. We're also Procore-ready and can handle compliance vendor portals if you use them.
Yes. We've done multifamily phases as large as 244 units across 43 buildings, and we run rough cleans by building or unit block on a recurring schedule. Same crew, same checklist, same standard for every space.
Typically same-week, often within 48 hours for established clients. For larger or first-time projects we usually need a walkthrough first, which we can do within a day or two of the call.
All of Maricopa County, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Buckeye, and Sun City. If you're nearby and not on this list, just ask. We probably cover you.
