Floor maintenance
Sweep, mop, vacuum, surface-appropriate per area. Hard floors, carpet, tile, polished concrete all handled with the right products and technique.
Daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring cleaning programs for offices, retail, gyms, salons, medical and dental practices, and multifamily common areas. Same crew, same checklist, same standard, every visit. We schedule around your operating hours so you barely notice us, and the property stays consistently clean instead of cycling between fine and not-fine.
Most commercial cleaning programs follow the same arc. The first month feels good. Month two starts to drift. By month four you're complaining to whoever runs the company about why the standard slipped, and by month six you're shopping for a new vendor. The hard part of commercial cleaning isn't the cleaning. It's keeping the third visit looking like the first.
Our approach solves that. Same crew assigned to your property, every visit. Same checklist they follow, every time. Same standard you signed off on at the start, three months in, six months in, two years in. Pre-scheduled around your operating hours so we're working before you arrive or after you leave, and quarterly quality reviews to catch any drift before it becomes a complaint.
Whether the space is an office, a retail storefront, a gym, a dental or medical practice, a salon, a restaurant front-of-house, or multifamily common areas like lobbies and gym facilities, the program is the same. We build the schedule, the scope, and the crew assignment around what your space actually needs, then we just keep showing up.
Recurring scopes are built specifically per property, but here's what most programs include and how we run each visit.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, surface-appropriate per area. Hard floors, carpet, tile, polished concrete all handled with the right products and technique.
Sanitization, restocking (soap, paper, hand towel), fixture polish, mirror cleaning, floor mop, trash empty. The most-noticed area in any commercial space.
Counters, sinks, fronts of appliances, table wipe-down, trash empty, dish station reset. Where employees and clients form quick judgments about cleanliness.
All bins emptied, liners replaced, recycling sorted to your facility standards, exterior dumpster area kept tidy.
Door handles, light switches, elevator buttons, shared keyboards, water fountains. Everything that gets touched gets sanitized.
Front entrance glass, conference room glass, partition glass, mirrors. Streak-free, fingerprint-free, every visit.
Desks, furniture, fixtures, vents, baseboards, ledges. Dust that builds up between visits gets handled before it accumulates.
Reception areas, lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells. The first impression spaces get extra attention because they're what clients see first.
Floor waxing, deep carpet extraction, window cleaning, and other specialty work scheduled into the program at appropriate intervals.
This is what separates real commercial cleaning from a churn-and-burn vendor. Our crews are W-2 employees, not 1099 subs that disappear after a month. The same team handles your property every visit. They know which conference room needs extra attention, which carpet area gets the most foot traffic, which hallway light always needs attention. Optional photo documentation per visit available for property managers and multi-location clients.
Anyone can clean a space once. The hard part is keeping the standard exactly the same on visit one and visit one hundred. Here's what that takes.
Most commercial cleaning companies cycle through 1099 contractors who quit and get replaced quietly. Quality drops as new people learn the property. Our W-2 employees stay, so the same standard you saw at the start is the same standard you see months later.
Your business doesn't pause and our work shouldn't interrupt it. We schedule around operating hours: early morning before opening, late evening after close, overnight where it makes sense for larger spaces. You see the result, not the work.
Phoenix-based, fully insured, W-2 team accountable to a real company. Not a national franchise that subcontracts everything. When something needs attention, you call Carlo or Jorden directly, not a 1-800 number.
Whether you're an office, a retail space, a fitness facility, a medical practice, or a property manager running multifamily common areas, this is exactly how we build a recurring program around your space.
We assess the space, identify high-traffic areas, ask about your operating schedule, and quote a flat monthly rate based on visit frequency and scope.
We build a custom scope of work and visit schedule. Crew assigned. You sign off on the standard before we start, so quality is verifiable.
Same crew, same checklist, every visit. Off-hours scheduling. Optional photo documentation per visit if you want records or operate multi-location.
Every 3 months we walk the space with you and review whether the standard is being held. Anything drifting gets corrected before it becomes a complaint.
Tell us about your space, your schedule, and what's not working with your current setup. We'll walk it, build a program, and run it without you having to manage it.
A one-time cleaning is a one-day project: we come in, clean, and leave. On-site maintenance is a relationship: we build a recurring program around your space and operating hours, then keep showing up on a schedule. Same crew, same scope, same standard every visit. The advantage is consistency — no quote-by-quote scheduling, no inconsistent crews, no drift in quality.
Most programs run on a 12-month agreement so we can lock crew assignments and pricing. Shorter pilot programs available for new clients who want to see the standard before committing. After the first year, programs auto-renew on a month-to-month basis with 30-day cancellation notice.
Yes. Most clients schedule us early morning before opening, late evening after close, or overnight for larger spaces. We carry off-hours coverage as a standard option, no surcharge for working outside 9-to-5. Whatever schedule fits your operations, we work around it.
Yes. Each property gets a primary crew assigned at the start. They handle every visit, learn the space, and become accountable for the standard. If a primary crew member is out (vacation, illness), a backup crew with the same checklist covers. We don't rotate crews unless something specifically requires it.
We can include specialty services on a rotation built into your program: quarterly carpet extraction, biannual floor wax, monthly pressure washing of exterior areas, or whatever your space needs. Or we can quote them as one-off projects outside the recurring program. Whichever works for your budget and scheduling.
Yes. Multi-location commercial clients (regional businesses, multi-property landlords, franchise operators) get one program agreement covering all locations, one point of contact, and consistent crews and documentation across every property. Pricing scales with portfolio commitment.
